Has anyone tried trigger point injections? I broke my back in 8 places a few years ago and have chronic pain and my pain clinic specialist has recommended "Trigger point injections". Has anyone tried these and if so what has your experience been?

I broke my neck several years ago & now have degenerative spinal disease 4 the last 5 years. I get trigger point shots every month. I think they R great. Works real good 4 about 3-1/2 weeks very little pain. I got the ones that I was in front of x-ray machine & they shot in between the vertebras. Now those shots lasted 3 months. They were the best ones I've ever had. I highly recommend them. U will not regret it. Hope this helps U to decide to give em try. Best of luck.
