Psychologists have done quite a bit of research in this area. One of the most useful tools was developed by a psychologist named Maslow. He developed a pyramidal hierarchy of needs (or "urges"). In human psychology, the needs closest to the base of the pyramid have to be satisfied first. Once these are satisfied, the needs on the next 'rung' on the pyramid become just as paramount as those that came before... On the base of the pyramid are the physiological needs. These include breathing, food, water, sex, sleep, homeostasis, excretion. The next level is the need for safety. This includes security of body, resources, morality, family, health and property. The next level up the pyramid is Love and Belonging. This is friendship, family, and sexual intimacy. Then you move on up to esteem. This includes self-esteem, confidence, achievement, respect of others and self. Finally, at the top is self-actualization. This is the need to express one's individuality and find one's place in the universe. This includes morality, creativity, spontaneity, problem solving, lack of prejudice, and acceptance of facts... Probably more than you wanted to read, but there it is...

Company. There's a better word for it.. but, ..'company' inasmuch as instinctively disliking loneliness. Since there are very few people who truly always prefer to seek solitude (as there are very few who truly are 'above' sexual urges), I wouldn't dismiss it based on that.
worth/property? either the urge to gather up 'possessions' or to protect them. even if those 'possessions' are friends/family/loves
at least, that's all I can think of, other than the ones you named.

Actually, these are not urges, they are instincts. The strongest instinct we have is the survival instinct.
