I have a day planner, wallet, hair brush, small make up bag, halls, epi-pen, inhaler, body spray, lotion, cell phone, advil, travel size toothbrush and paste, couple packs of sugar, tic tacs, change and receipts...that's everything I carry on a daily basis.

I got my carkeys, ipod, hairbrush, lipstick, wallet, some spare hairbands, & some pens.

Wallet, coin purse, small hairbrush, Trident whitening gum, several pens and a few mechanical pencils, my cell phone, lipstick, eyeliner, eyeshadow, compact, little bottle of hairspray, stim-u-dent picks (little wooden picks, minty flavored, for use like dental floss), an extra key to my truck, sunglasses, and I think that's it. My purse usually is small, I hate carrying big purses. Sometimes my check book and address book are in there as well, just depends. I usually carry all that on a daily basis.
There was a Life Magazine spread done sometime in the 50's I think, where 3 or 4 actresses dumped out their purses and the contents were spread out and photographed. It was quite interesting.

I have my wallet, checkbook, lip balm, lip gloss in several shades, gum, MP3 player, extra batteries, day planner, pens, post-it notes, hand lotion, small make-up bag, hair brush, and keys.
But it changes daily or when I change purses, which is at least weekly.

People think I'm nuts because I carry a pharmacy in my purse. I have bottles of Tylenol, Alieve, Excedrin for migraines, Benadryl antihistamine, prescription sinus medicine, 2 types of nasal spray, 2 types of eye drops, No-doze, Tums smoothies, Vaseline ointment, Vaseline lotion, and Chapstick. I don't take everything at once of course. I just have it all with me for when I need it. Oh, and a little notepad and pen to jot down reminders.

Wallet with credit cards. Money. Lots of change. Tons of papers and receipts that I shove in there. Cigartettes and nicotine gum. Lighters. Some makeup. A hairbrush sometimes. Checkbook

A inhaler, advil, inkpen, I.D.,credit cards, a pack of eclispe gum, tissue, wet ones(travel size), a picture of my kids, tampon, lipgloss, cellphone, Travel size body spray & lotion, my car keys, a condom, a few receipts, and my money! Oh! and don't forget my pepper spray!

i have to use big bags, i have cell, wallet, change purse, mini notepad, pens, cigs, lotion, makeup, tylenol, calendar, spare keys, hand cleaner, mirror, extra lighters, mints, toothbrush, calculator, nail goods, and the list goes on!
