A little bit of blood with a clot in it... no, it's a lot of blood with big chunks of clots in it acompanied by severe cramping pain. A little bit of blood while in your early weeks of being pregnant are normal as our uterus is stretching and growing. However any bleeding while pregnant should be looked at by a doctor. Do you have a local ER near by? You'll be there for a while in wait, but at least you'll know for sure if everything's ok.

I really wish 15 yr olds would stop having sex. Seriously, you aren't prepared to be a mother, and regardless of what you think you are not mature enough to be having sex and dealing with all of the consequences (you will see this later when you get a bit older). But anyways..... An unbearable "stomach ache" could be something serious if you are pregnant. Nausea and cramps are normal during pregnancy, but never if they are "unbearable".... The bleeding sounds like you have a good chance of seeing a positive on that pregnancy test tomorrow - but does not mean a definite. Since you are 15 your periods may not be regular. I know I had shifts up until I was nearly 17 years old. The only thing you can do is wait until tomorrow when you take the test. We can't tell you if you are or not pregnant over the computer, only that you COULD be (which you obviously already know).

Hi dear. That does not sound good. If I were you I would probably go ahead and go to the hospital. I do not think that there is anything that they can do to change the outcome one way or the other but I think that you will feel better if that is what you do.
Are you cramping also? How far along are you? Without knowing these things I can only recommend that you take a conservative approach and go in and get medical care.
It might not be necessary but without knowing any more details that is what you need to do.
I do hope that everything is alright and if you do get sad news I am so very sorry.
Blessings,
Lady Trinity~

Yes, you should go to the hospital. Emergency Rooms are always open; Urgent Care centers should be open today. Passing blood clots in pregnancy is not normal, but does not necissarily mean miscarriage.

If you are having abdominal pain you should go to the hospital. If there is no cramping you may just be starting your period. If it is a miscarriage, most of the time your body can handle it on it's own, and you will just need to call your doctor first thing Monday morning.
Take care

this happened to me when i was prego with my twins. It lasted almost a month spotting and clotting like this.
The doctor was concerned at first and told me to come in but it turned out to be normal
really gross but they will take a sample from you (of the clot), all it takes is a nurse or doc to look at it.
Yours sounds like mine was so i wouldnt worry too much but it is ALWAYS a good idea to get checked out if you have a concern.
good luck

It doesn't mean you miscarried, but your doctor should have an after hours answering service and you should call. You can also call the Labor & Delivery Dept. at the hospital. Which is EXACTLY what I would do. They my want you to come in and let them look at you. Please call just to be on the safe side!

Yes, you should. Bleeding is not normal during pregnancy, especially with clots. Those are normally associated with your period and miscarriage.
