You should be able put about 10-12 neon tetras in a 25 gallon tank with a betta and a clown pleco. Make sure you cycle the tank before adding too many fish! I would suggest starting with a few tetras after you've started your tank and had it up for a week or so. Then slowly add the rest of the tetras, then the betta and finally the pleco. If you add the pleco before you have too much algae, you'll have to supplement his diet with algae wafers.

a lot. i would suggest a couple schools of differnt fish -- like 8 neon tetras and maybe 7 danios, rasboras, other small tetras.
if you get 15 neon tetras that would be a lot of the same thing.

You coulde do 8-10 neons.

none of those fish grow over 3 inches so if it were my tank id have 15 neons
