I have a 96 Dogde truck with reg brakes, I miss the anti-lock brakes that were on my Ford truck!

Its not just some certain part. Anti-lock brakes have a valve body usually mounted somewhere near the brake booster. You can have it installed custom, but your looking at a large chunk of money. The anti-lock brake valve bodies are expensive. Then theres sensors, and the most vehicles anti-locks are connected to the computer. So in other words it is very possible, but not worth the money. I would recommend just get better brake components for your truck now or get a newer model truck. I advise one thing, you start customizing your brakes and something goes wrong it could be something small or could be someones life. So seriously I wouldn't even think about it. Good Luck

Anything is possible, but not very practical. Antilock brakes have many components and need to be tuned for your vehicle.

Could but everything would have to be changed over. Really not worth it.......all computerized. Buy another truck, cheaper.
