I just found some football and baseball cards that ive had for a while. I found a Tony Gonzalez one that has his 1st year stats. I also found a Vernon Wells card that had his 1st year stats and thats it, and a couple others. Would like to know if those are rookie cards or not?

That all depends on how many games he played the year before. If he was brought up for the last 15 games, say, he would still be a rookie the next year.

I would say rookie card. If it has last year's stats, then it sounds like it would be. Is there a sports card place near you? Maybe you can go there and ask them.

It's probably a rookie card, but depending on the manufactuer and player, they *could've* had a card in the previous year. Try to look it up individually if you can. But most likely, they are rookie cards.

these are second year cards because they already have one year of pro stats on them
