It depends how long you've been friends for.
The leaning - yes
Rubbing feet - no, that should feel weird
Marriage dreams - yes , but talking about other men
All about you - no ,she should already know, because you've told her if your friends
How you feel about her - no, you're just friends
Since the majority of things this girl is doing are more than friendly, i think she's interested in you. Maybe more than she realizes.
Does she get jealous or quiet when you talk about other girls? If so then she wants you.

Man I thought the guy I like was confusing. I wish I could help you out but the only thing I can tell you is to talk to him in person. Just tell him exactly how you feel, you are friends with the guy so it shouldn't be too hard. I don't know guys can be some weridos. Girls don't always have to wait for the guy, just go.

yes to all except one. I´ve never heard of a girl to rub feet under the table. I´ve never done it anyways. But especially yes to the last question. Girls want to know how you feel about them and how much. For example, respect, attracted, like, love, etc. Hope it all works out for you.
