Colonix is basically psyllium fiber with other natural ingredients like aloe vera, etc. It adds bulk to your stool to "move" things out easier. Colonix is 100% natural/vegetarian and is perfectly safe.

The Colonix Cleansing package has the fiber supplement, capsules to fight any possible parasitic infections and an herbal tea to help promote bowel movements.

You can use Colonix, or you can get plain psyllium fiber at a health food store. Just mix a scoop with water and drink it, up to 3 scoops a day.

There's nothing harmful in Colonix. It's just fiber.

Many of the so-called colon cleansers are extremely harsh chemicals that strip the colon of its protective mucus, or worse can peel the mucous membrane completely off the bowel wall. A natural colon cleansing is preferable. A 24-hour colon cleansing would involve fruit juices and raw vegetables, no meats or starches. As a maintenance, taking a fiber supplement daily will do much to keep the colon operating at its best.
