Like to live dangerously, don't you. Mine has a smiliar partition that came that way from HP. NOT A REAL BRIGHT IDEA TO GO CHANGING those settings. My D: is titled HP_RECOVERY.

So I think I'd just leave it alone and not mess with mother nature.

Free & easy tool :

http://partitionlogic.org.uk/

Partition Logic is a free hard disk partitioning and data management tool. It can create, delete, format, defragment, resize, and move partitions and modify their attributes. It can copy entire hard disks from one to another.

Partition Logic is free software, based on the Visopsys operating system. It boots from a CD or floppy disk and runs as a standalone system, independent of your regular operating system. It is intended to become a free alternative to such commercial programs as Partition Magic, Drive Image, and Norton Ghost .

All the named tools are extremely dangerous in unskilled hands. If you mess up you can lose everything. In my humble opinion Norton has the scariest program of all- maybe that's why it's called Ghost. You can also use your windows XP disk to wipe the drive and put partitions on it.
