Well my very good friend that I've know for a long time and I love him like a brother left 4 months ago without saying anything or contacting me to let me know that he was alright. During those 4 months I was very worried about him. Then just last night he e-mailed me saying he was back. I guess I was so angery I let it get the best of me because I yelled at him for not letting me know how he was and making me worry so much. Do you think I was over reacting? and wha should I do now?

i would have reacted the same way. like any true friend u worried about him. c'mon everyone in that situation would. just tell him that the reason u went off on him is because u care about him and thought something may have happened to him- he never contacted u. i would just explain that to him. good luck.

Well, we all get upset over things and situation with people we love; so if he is a friend he will understand if you take the time to apologize and explain and to listen to why he left that way.
He needs to know you care so you ask.
Take your time to say what you need to say and give him time too.
If he is a friend for real he will let it go and not do it again.
Some times even the closest friends have issues that we do not know; that we do not/ cannot understand; all relationships are hard at times so; just give it time.

NO! A true friend is always concerned about the other... It was right for you to tell him how you felt... Now, what you need to do now is ask him why, then forgive him and move on....

how beatiful is this friendship gonna be, he should be really pleased, i really wanna someone yell at me when i ignore them but all my friends just ignore me back, it hurts but beautiful. he still love you and realized it so why not give him a second chance

you did what any other caring person would have done now just be happy that he is OK and back in your life, just make it clear to him that what he did was not right and never do it again.
