Yes, you would look great! You just can never wear white or upstage the bride.

I think it's fine to wear a red dress in January as long as it's a deep rich red, it's an appropriate length, and the dress is not a flimsy summer dress. I would also probably keep the jewelry selection and hair delicate or toned down...you don't want to be more noticeable than the bride or bridesmaids.

I think that red would be beautiful especially with a good tan and the right accessories. If it is cold where you are it will look really nice against the snow in the pictures...besides it is winter and we need a bit of color when it is cold and the weather is bad. Red is coming back this season as a hot color, just look at some of the collections coming out from designers for spring and summer...red is the new brown.

I assume you mean as someone attending the wedding, not in the wedding party. I would think so. If the bride wanted red dresses for her attendents, that would work too. If I was going to the wedding and red was the color for the attendents, I wouldn't wear red then.

I say go for it! There's nothing saying you can't wear red to a wedding. One consideration though - red is considered a "sexy" color so make sure other aspects of the dress are tasteful. If the dress is skimpy, shows lots of cleavage, and is short on the bottom hem you'd look like a... well, you know what I mean.

As long as you are not drawing attention away from the bride, anything should go for weddings. As long as you are happy and feel great in the dress, that's really all that matters. All I have to say... make sure your shoes are fabulous! You can't show up in a fantastic dress and not have the gorgeous shoes to compliment the outfit. :D

Of course! I wore one to my Uncle's wedding in December. I wasn't in the wedding. I wore a simple diamond necklance from Claires that had 3 strings coming down with a diamond on each end, and black high heels. It looked really nice, but not extremely distracting.

It really depends on on the situation and the couple getting married in my option it would be fine but if you think their is any way it would offend the bride/groom then don't do it

You're definitely be very eye-catching...because almost everyone will be wearing white and black and you're be the only one wearing red so if you're the one getting married then I don't think it'll matter...
