I say, if it didn't fit President Clinton's 8 years, then how can it fit President Bush's Legacy! The same things were happening on Clinton's watch, and what did he do to solve them? Amnesty for Illegal immigration? What source are you reading here?
The only Amnesty, that I know of, happened during President Reagan's watch! It was presented as a "One Time, Only Time"
solution to this problem!
SS (you talking Social Security) Fraud, again, you must work undercover, because I am unaware of any fraud? Bush was trying to fix it, and the Dems said there was no problem with SSI!
As to Failed Foreign, you have not seen American Airliners crashing into buildings have you? Killing 3,000 + innocent American citizens. The President swears an oath, as all military people do also, to protect and defend the US of A.
If he is failing in that responsibility, I have not seen the results!
