Body language. Her heart should beat faster, she should breath harder, maybe some shaking. Most of all......you should feel her contracting inside. It's just a lot more intense physically....kind of hard to fake unless she fakes it exactly when you are having one too.

why would a woman want to fake an orgasm? Ask your wife, if she does. If she says she doesn't and she actually does, then that's her own fault if she doesn't get satisfied. Tell her you just want her to be satisfied and you want to know the truth.
