To put it simply: Schindler's List is about the moral and ethical decisions one man made to stand against tyranny and prejudices of any kind. Schindler came to the realization in real life that human life of any kind was far too precious to destroy. In fact, Schindler himself and his wife were asked to dress as Jewish concentration camp prisoners by the Jews in his shop in order to escape persecution by the Soviet and Allied armadas. They did this for Schindler because of what he had done for them. They knew that if he had been found to have been saving not only the Jews, but everyone else in his factory(gays, Roma, Polish sympathizers, etc.), then he would have been sent to the same death camps as the Jews also.

There is no moral! It's a true story about WWII. If you really need a moral then it's good will always win over evil.

I know its very subtle but I think the moral is that its better to be a decent human being than a crazed genocidal nazi.

Well, it was based on a true story, but I would say the moral is, even if it puts you in danger, you should help those who are in need.

It's okay to put tons of shocking, graphic violence in a movie if you're trying to present historical realism.
Also, Nazis are bad.
