i may possibly be going to trial... basically my ex denies hitting me... what will happen? how much of my time will this take? or where can i find out more info? what happens if the judge believes him?

not enough info ehre...who made the charges?..you or the police?.....take pictures of the injury?...go to the doctor?....witness to the incident or to your injury later that can say"yeah,she was bleeding?".....work on it some,pratice your story ahead of time with friends listening...be convincing....say something that you know will make him mad in court so he will start jumping around,maybe holler out loud,show the judge he has a temper...good luck

1 day get an AVO against him. Lawyers have a way of getting person to say what they don't want to. You'll win no probs.

do you have a lawyer? your lawyer should be able to answer all of these questions or at least give you an estimate...if you tell the truth then you should be ok.
