What are the positive/negative aspects of having prison pen pals?

+ being nice to someone who might have never had anybody be nice to them
- they may always want something(money,lawyers, delay messages ect...)
- they may want to contact you when they get out or give your address to other inmates.

First of all they all are talking to more then one person.They will tell u whatever u want to hear because they have nothing better to do. They look at u as a way to get money from u too. Hey being in prison should give u a clue.There are no positives to writing a prison pen pal. Their life is about coning people and your just one of them

I just saw an America's Most Wanted about this! This guy was suave and wonderful to these women he was writing to. WOMEN being a key word. And when he got out of jail, and moved in with this woman he had been talking to, married her, and then drained her bank account. When she confront him about it? He killed her. Oh, and did I mention he had another WIFE? Please don't do this, it is way too dangerous and definitely not worth it. TAKE CARE!

agreed. i would never have a prision pen pal.. it just seems kinda dangerous.. but then again you can do what you want to do .. just keep in minD to stayyy saFe.
