Lip ring piercing....?
Would It look better on left or right side of lip...
angled slightly (towards or away from center?)? Or
straight up-down?

I'd suggest the right side, complement the eyebrow piercing. Angle the top out a bit, (towards the ear) that is what I think would look best. But do what you really want, you have to live with it.
The thing I think one needs to consider: if you decide you don't want the piercing you are going to have a scare on your face for life.... of course you will already have one on your eyebrow, but the brow hair would distract from that. What if this fad passes? Will you be wishing you didn't do this? I know your first, immediate answer is you have thought about it, and you are sure you want it. It is your choice, but it is a permanent mark on the face.

it doesnt look good at all but put it on the right i noticed not many people have it on that side.

um i think you should pierce it in the middle! cuzz it looks better that way. i mean thats my opinion

Second of all who likes to many piercings?! Not me those people with to many that fashion sucks like whow!! I would pass on the lip thanks!!!!!
