Typically only "airport hotels" will offer this kind of service. If you are staying at a hotel that is not right by the airport, you will have to pay a taxi or shuttle service to take you there. If you stay at a full service hotel, they typically will have a shuttle that we take you to where you want to go within a few miles radius.
