I agree with you, even though there are many more that I enjoy immensely, especially when they improvise. Ther're also some players who perform in the classical field that impress me, as when they perform pieces from Spanish authors like Rodrigo or some French composers.

There have been so many, I can't begin to pick only one. Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB King, Chet Atkins, Jimi Hendrix....I could really go on & on. It would help to narrow it down by genre.

now don't quote me on the spelling but my hysband who is a great musician says its Ingve Malmsteen....somthing like that .....he said he believes hat Randy Roads was the greatest guitar player of his time.
