love Gotan Project...the guys are from argentina, france and switzerland...i listen to them when i want to hear chill out it's sounds are sexy tango and electronica combined, it definitely has that brazilian, parisian feel to it truly love the vocals on there too!

I know of Gotan Project Music and there is 1 track that I like. Might be Argentinian.

they live in France, but they are south american influenced, so its a nice blend.
