Wedding Singer.
When Drew's fiance is asked about the timing of the wedding(June)...because he might miss Miami Vice. Then he says, "Summer, reruns."
he won't miss any new episodes because in summer they only play reruns. I hoped that helped...because it just showed me, that I need to get a life!

It's a common phrase and it refers to network television. During the summer, there are no new episodes of most shows, only reruns.

That line is from "The Wedding Singer" When Holly (Christine Taylor) asks Glen (Matthew Glave) if he is worried that his honeymoon with Julia (Drew Barrymore) will interrupt his Miami Vice watching. And he says "Summer, reruns. I'm all set."

Thats a commecial line. Its means that the movie you are about to watch is a summer >rerun<.
