Just how small do you want these instructions to be? The only thing I can tell you is do it the same way as you would in the real "fresh air and sunshine" world. Make their acquaintance (or "meet" them), and get to know them a bit better. Also, prepare for rejection, as some people may not want to know you that badly.

I have made internet friends, but BE CAREFUL! Some people aren't what they always say they are. People lie about their age, their name, their gender, etc...It's easy to make internet friends, really. Just be friendly.

Check out yahoo groups. You should be able to find some that have things that interest you. I have found my best friends are on the groups

hi ya, i have made some really good friends on internet, it depends if u have kids and what interests u. but i found, www.bounty.com helpful, and maybe msn groups, have a browse. hope u find some nice friends and good luck

When somebody answer your question,you are free to send an email to that person.Then the person (man or woman),will answer you again.So,if you like,you can start to email to this person,and start a good friendship.emailing you can talk whatever you want to talk with that person.Good question.

Maybe go to chat rooms, or my space , hope this helps.But be very careful, pepole on the internet lie to you about who they are, maybe join a club to meet pepole.

Be selective about what group you join. Join groups with interests similar to yours and it should be easy to find some friends.

there are alot of places to find friends on the enternet , go to different sites to play games and chat such as pogo.com and you can meet lots of people and have fun
