I thought they stopped measuring at 150. Any psychologists out there? Thanks for your help.

The IQ comparison scale is incorrect. The modern tests that are norm referenced and widely used (SB-V, WAIS, WISC, WPPSI, KABC, UNIT, RIAS, etc., etc.) do not go above 160. If someone told you they had a 180 they either took a test long ago, or they took a non stardardized b.s. test online or from a book.

Once you get about 130, its all the same. Less than 2% of the population has IQ's 2 or more SD's above the mean. The group is so small that statistical analysis is impossible.

230 was the highest ever recorded by Marilyn vos Savant. I don't believe there is a set limit.
