How do you get in Cave of Orgin in Pokemon sapphire?

I'm stuck out of the cave and a dude keeps saying "Leave." Please help!

First you need to go to Mt. Pyre and face the team magma members there and watch as team magma steals the orb. Then head to slateport and watch as they steal the submarine.

Head back out to lilycove to the cave the wailmer were blocking and head through. (Don't forget the masterball!) then when the submarine leaves head to mossdeep and get the badge there and dive. Head below to the large dark water in a circle and dive. Come to the base and head through the opening. Dive up and you'll have to face more rockets. Afterwards head back to sootopolis and to the cave of orgins. You can go in now and catch Groundon.
