There is a skin illuminator that Estee Lauder makes and you just use a spot of it mixed with your foundation and it gives you a dewey glow that isn't shiny. Also try a highlighter blush like a shimmery pink above the apples of the cheeks and down the middle of the nose...it works for me everytime I want a nice glow but don't want to look oily or overdone.

Use 10 by Benefit. 1/2 of it's a bronzer & 1/2 of it's a light shimmer pink. It's beautiful. The bronze is nice not too much color or orange & the shimmer on your cheekbones gives you that pretty glow.
