about 3-4 times a month we get her mail mostly junk mail.why?they have been divorced for over 5yrs

It happens. I'm sure my ex-wife gets mail at her place, where I've never lived.

My credit report lists her address, and I've never lived there. We still had a vehicle loan and she changed the address. Automatically, it pops up on my credit report.

I still get her mail from time to time too.

I shred it, with any junk mail with my name on it.

We are coming up on 4 years since she left.

It gets picked up by mailing lists from when he changed his address, or even from when his ex changed her address. I know it is weird, but do not take offense, it is a fluke. My brother in law got mail with his first name and my sister's ex's last name, that was hilarious thankfully he has a sense of humor.


PLEASE....Do not call the Post Office, they cannot fix this. LOL I do not know why everyone thinks the Postal Service is responsible for what other people send you, kind of ridiculous.

Maybe she still keeps her married name and the companies are just assuming that he is still married to her. Just call the post office and let them know
