I have the aftermath of past breakouts on some parts of my face. I break out a litte when my time of the month comes! How do I get rid of them? What are some products that work well to get rid of blemishes and have long lasting clear skin.

Drink LOTSSS of water. & if you cut coke out of your diet you will be amazed at how little breakouts you get. Also try proactive, it works really well.

Well first of all drink a lot of water. Water clean your body of impurities. You can also use Clean & Clear face wash in the morning and also at night to wash off you make up. Make sure to use a good moistureizer after. Some products cause your skin to dry out.

1. Wash your face with lukewarm water; with a good soap with a good lather.

2. Apply St. Ives Apricot Scrub for sensitive skin according to the directions on the tube -available everywhere.

3. 'Hope In a Jar' facial moisturizer -available at Philosophy.comhttp://www.philosophy.com/web/store/product_10001_10001_-1_25587 -or-
at a Sephora near you or Sephora.com http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P4633&categoryId=C10462.

4. Drink water; 8oz, 5-6 times a day, if you have no conflicting medical problems.

4. Do it everyday.
This is a routine I've used for the last 2 years and it's worked for me.

I get chemical peels every 2 weeks from dermatologist that decrease breakouts and hyperpigmentation from previous ones. Also, I don't know if this works for everyone but cutting out caffeine cleared up my face tremendously!!

An awesome product I use is Olay's gentle foaming face wash with aloe. I use it every morning and night, and I haven't had acne since. When you wash it off, and dry it the worst thing to do is to rub your face dry, you want to pat it dry.

wash your face every day in morning and before you go to bed. i would recommend Neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser. it is a blue bottle. NEVER sleep with make up on. also you should moisturize your face after you wash it. just make sure its a facial lotion for your type of skin

My dermatologist gave me some daily pills and a nightly gel called differin (you may have seen their commercials. I can't believe it actually works!!!)

Schedule an appointment with a or your dermatologist. They will help more so than any store product can.
