1 second old.
Parent's can take their 2 year old to get their ears pierced so why couldn't they do it right away?

You think there is some law that makes it illegal? What would it be called? The no baby piercing law. It would pose stiff penalties like jail time for the parent that breaks this law right?

16, still with consent of one guardian, 18 without, believe me, people tried to sue the company I worked for esp. divorced couples, you still need a disclamer at age 16. Laws came into effect in 2001 to try an regulate the industry. There were so many people calling themselves piercers that have had no formal training.

some places do it when you are 16 some 18 other wise you need a parent or gardian to go with you to sign forms. But always look for how hygenic the place is not just the age limit.
