There is a real male menopause.
Usually happens around the same time as a females.

Signs are change in habits, buying expensive toys like Corvettes, deciding they are younger than their wife so start looking and sometimes acting upon the urge to be with a younger woman and some men just have depression.

Basically what it is: a sudden realization that half of their live is over. Kids are usually out of the house, wife is busy with her own interests and men realize they have worked for half their life and want something to show for it.

Doesn't have to be a bad thing.

We call it the 'MANopause' because, besides losing your testosterone (about the age of 35 I think) Then. a few years on you realise that you are getting old and so, get depressed and bad tempered, thats when some men start to try pulling younger women just to prove to themselves that they can! It's sad but it happens to both sexes..........we're all getting older!

This happens when men realise they are not getting any younger. They get a Harley Davidson, a sheepskin jacket and a younger busomy blonde.
When this happens in women, they get leather trousers and start counselling training.

You could call it, "andro-pause". It's a slow loss of androgens (namely, testosterone). It's not as sudden as menopause.

Low libido and such are signs of it.
