right catageory i think..where else would you put it? doesnt it last until the solicitor reads it out and everyone gets their 'bit'..or if one partner dies...i think the other one can change it to benefit whom ever they want. but there is no time limit as such...if you are a beneficiary and the will is found 20 years later....i think you still get your inheritance....i think i am right anyway! i think a will 'gift' is yours until someone legally changes it. check it out with the citezens advice bureau anyway...!
