Lisa Marie is right (see above). But you don't need a predicate to have a complete sentence. For example "Bill left." is a sentence. Bill is your subject - what is the subject doing? Leaving. Left is your verb.

However, "Bill left to go watch a baseball game where Andrew is pitching first." is also a sentence. "To go watch a baseball game" is a prepositional phrase. This is also a compound sentence. "Bill left to go watch a baseball game" is a complete thought. "Andrew is pitching first" is also a complete thought.
To go is your infinitive phrase, and pitching is your gerund.
(An easy way to remeber this comes from Toy Story: "To infinity and beyond"; you can think of it as "To infinitive.")

This is just the basics for writing a 5 star paper, but it's a start.

I hope I helped you a little!!! =]

You need to be sure to capitalize the first letter of the sentence. Then capitalize all proper nouns...be sure to have a subject...and a predicate. (noun and a verb...have adjectives describing the noun) Put one up here and someone will let you know.

Don't forget proper punctuation
