limit your time on the computer and/or stop use for a while if you can. in the meanwhile, try taking alfalfa tablets for increase energy.

If the fatigue is long-term, then you should get our thyroid tested. Fatigue is a major symptom of an underactive thyroid gland. All you need is morning blood work of TSH, Free T4, Free T3, and an antibody test. It's best to rule this out.
I found exercise can help fatigue. I know it sounds odd, but eventually exercise will give you more energy after a few weeks.

I can't say for sure because I've never had it, but exercise is a good remedy for most things....even if it's just a brisk walk.
