If she wins the nomination, she should win the presidency. She seems to be a very intelligent person. If will be a great improvement to the US government if she does.

But I guess as long as you can keep those loony right wingers from running the country for another term, anything will be an improvement.

I don't get why some posters think that men won't vote for Hilary. That's really simple. Anybody who thinks that must think all men are stupid enough to vote republican.

Anyway, it will be fun to see Bill back in White House again.

Somebody wrote "we might as well all kill ourselves then live under her laws"

I say if that's the way you feel, then why wait? Do it now and avoid the rush.

Unfortunately, yes, she most likely stands a chance of winning, just simply due to being the first woman to potentially recieve the nomination. Call it the "Novelty Factor". Luckily, however, she may not have as strong of an appeal with women as some might expect though, seeing as she is best known for being the wife of the man who while President, did naughty things with cigars. And despite his infidelity, she stuck with him. With most women I know, staying with a man who's been caught cheating on you, is almost as bad as being the man who was cheating.

Personally, Obama is the much stronger candidate, having had no real skeletons in his closet, a long history of creating growth for his community, and being able to pull not only the African American vote, but the minority vote as well. After all, some women may be willing to vote for Hillary, hardly any men I know are willing to, and Obama can get not only the male vote, but the hard to reach minority votes as well. If you thought the extremely high turnout for the Democrats was powerful, just wait until the hugely unheard minority vote gets brought into play.

Oh, and by the way, for the record Hillary isn't a Communist, she's a Marxist. Look it up ;)

Of course she does. You know why? Because all the females in the world will vote for her. On Oprah's show not to long ago, she had women on there and the show was called "Can women have it all" NO THEY CAN'T. The women will vote for Hillary because they think that women can have everything and do everything. If a guy can do it, women think that they can. It's not true. I think being a President is a man's job and I actually hate admitting that LOL! But they did a AOL survey and Hilary had 47% and the other mexican guy had like 20-34% or something, but yes she definitely has a chance because the reason that I started above.

I think she does, if she's a true politician. Right now, she has to stay true to her liberal platform, doing everything anti-Bush. Around the primaries, she has to find a way to win the moderates. I thought I liked Obama, but he hasn't taken a stance on anything. He's a moderate and I don't even think he's moderate liberal. Another plus for Hilary, Bill has made several good appearances in recent months. He shouldn't overpose himself, because the media will bring up the dress again.

She will attract the attention of so many women voters who otherwise wouldn't pay much attention and might just vote their party regardless. I think she stands a good chance.

Obama would not have won even if there wasn't speculation that he has had a muslim education. He's a young black male. America just isn't ready for that. It would have to take a powerhouse of a black man; someone with a strong,. long, flawless record of service.

The only black male I know capable of filling those boots is Condoleeza Rice. LOL

No, do no longer enable her status or quantity of money interior the until fool you. documents say single women individuals will vote for her, yet i think of married men will vote against her as will married women individuals. each for various reasons yet rather identifiable to each intercourse. top now she is telling all and sundry what ever they like pay attention, yet people have a protracted reminiscence for her antics on an identical time as interior the White domicile and the folk's lives she destroyed ie the White domicile trip scandal for a starter. Th basically woman who might have made a great President for us became Iron Maggie - Margaret Thatcher - Hillary would not even come close to to her, Hillary is a sneak.

Yes, of course she has a chance.

She is the leading candidate among the Democrats, leading her closest challenger (Obama), by 18%. She also has the biggest war chests (money) collected for the campaign. She is the 800 pound gorilla in the Democratic party's camp, impossible to dismiss. She is the one everyone else will try to defeat.

The only question is, after she becomes the official Democratic candidate, then who will the Republicans have that can defeat her?

I'm not a fan, but she has a considerable amount of campaign funds and lots of time to change the minds of those who oppose her. Like her or hate her, she will be a strong contender. Also consider that Bill Clinton still has lots of supporters. He will definitely be a huge factor.

Considering the sad state of affairs this country is in with it's current leadership -- I'd say that if a monkey ran on the Democratic ticket it would probably win!!! I think Hilary Clinton stands a very good chance of winning if she can make it through the primaries and get put on the actual ballot.

Not a very good one. Senators tend to not get elected because of their voting history. When someone speaks as much as a Senator it is easy to put words in their mouth and make them look bad.

Add to this that she is a controversial figure and very outspoken, not incredibly good looking for a woman, and that America is basically a country that has never elected a woman President... she stands a chance but not much of one.
