i was using some lead solder and there was a sharp end and i scratched myself with it by accendent and i was wondering what may happen from this

not to sure John, I've used lead and water based and have not had any results from the use...suggest a doctor if you feel its necessary

You'll be fine. The body can actually absorb a lot of lead with no harmful effects. Even if you ate the lead (say some dust) the body would purge it over time. Lead is harmful at very high levels or with prolonged exposure to elevated levels. Lead got a bad rap from children eating paint that had lead in it. That's long term exposure at high levels (because they kept eating the paint). And being children of course they are smaller and it takes less lead to effect them.

Unless the scratch is very deep, just put a little antibiotic cream on it and a bandage...
If you are bleeding a lot..which I assume you are not 'cause you are on Y!A...go to the doc.

Put iodine or peroxide on the cut, you will be fine.
