They are a secret family of dome-head people who live underground mostly but have to come to the surface occaisonally to shop at walmart.

It's called malnutrition...starvation.
I had a friend who adopted a baby from...Asia? I think. Anyway, when the baby came over, her forehead was swelled so that it prdruded pretty far out over her face, while her body was very small and delicate. This happened because while she was in Asia, her mother had been starving her, and as a result, her body sent all the nutrients to her brain to keep her alive. It was very sad. She is now about five, and most of the swelling has gone down, but she still wears her bangs very long to cover her forehead because it is still slightly swollen- even after years of proper care and nourishment. ='(
It's not funny or right to laugh at people like this. Another reason for this characteristic is that they may have a mental disorder such as Down's Syndrome.
