i am workin on becomin an actress too.join the local theatre,d work your way up.enter school productions nd go for auditions,even if u don't get in,u at least get experience.good luck.it's hard.i know but don't give up.

I would recommend joining a local theater group. Spend at least three or four years submersing yourself in the community. Once you feel it is time to move on you can either go to school and major in theater, or start looking for other opportunities to expand your discipline(perhaps become an understudy).

Well theres always local Theatre, try that first. You need to know if you have actual talent. Good luck.
