i think i bruised a rib or 2.. whats the best/fastest way to help it heal?

That sux. I broke 3 2 years ago. There is not much you can do, don't breath. Laughing hurts so bad. Pain meds & time, you could wrap em with an ace bandage but that doesnt really help. Just goin to be a long 6 weeks if there broken, but U said bruised. Just hang in there for a few weeks. Good luck Sorry I could not give you a cure. U could use deep rub might help, it wouldn't hurt.

well thats a good question there is actually no brace or any thing to preventing them from moving so the wouldnt hurt but the best way is to try to get an ace bandage and wrap your chest to keep them a little more stable but rest and not movin too much is the best cure my friend....ps try ur best not to sneeze;}
