This is not the exes fault. There are companies that sell information for marketing purposes, and if they had a telephone number with both of their names, or a mortage or a c/c together, they will keep the name in databases, and they will sell this information over to advertising companies.
Even after divorce or relocation, when those companies track one othe people in the marriage, they assume that they are still together and send stuff to the other address. I'm sure that she receives junk mail fron his ex-husband too. Unless you inform the companies in question of the new adress, then it will keep on coming. Really, there is no way to stop it.
Also, when you relocate, you fill up a "forward mail" form at the post office. When the postmaster get those, it will update those databases and they don;t include information about your marriage status. I not only recive mail from my ex-husband, I also receive junk mail for the previous renter of my house AND her ex-huband's! Really, there is nothing to be concerned about, junl mail is junk mail and it comes from databases that are not updated because they don't care whether or not your are divorced.
May I suggest just toss them? I receive advertising from American Airlines for my ex-husband and lions club stuff and junk mail for him in my adress and he lives in another state and have NEVER lived in my place of residence. I just ignore it and don't let it bother me.
Good luck

I dont think this is a problem but you could go on the net and look up your address and see who is living there according to the state. I did it with my dad and found out that my step mom is married to my brother and had me and my other siblings.LOL LOL Not really. My brother is a Jr so they had down that he was married to my step mom a quick call to the county office and all that was changed. But apparently it had been like that for years and nobody noticed and it didnt hurt anything. Just a funny story we all tell at Christmas. LOL

Did the ex wife live with him at his previous address?
When he filled out the forward address form at the post office, did he check off "individual" or "household?" If he checked off "household" and he and the ex both lived at the previous address, this is probably why.
You can fill out a forward address in her name, check on "individual" and fill out her new address so all of it goes to her directly.

Same answer I gave you in another category. Take it to post office, and tell them to send it all back.

it sounds like she has used his name to apply for a joint loan, through a credit card or something, I would have his credit checked for any loans that he didn't take out
