Most definitely, Naturals are one of Gods gifts to us that are there to flow with the bod. Drugs are man made and have to filter thru kidneys and liver which on there way destroys. So most definitely Natural is 100% better. Good luck with research.

Medicines are good for emergency purpose because they act very fast. If the patient can wait for the ailment or there is no emergency, natural cure is recommended because it does not have any side effect & if it gives any, its again in favour of the body.
One thing for natural cures to be taken care of is the prescription. As in ayurvedic medicine, even temperature of water can reverse the reaction. Example, "triphala" when taken with cold water prevents constipation but when taken with warm water produces constipation...which is also not harmful... just cleans the stomach.

I believe natural cures are better than medicine because I see more chances of side affects in medicines.

I do not believe so.
if natural cures were better then cavemen and people in the ancient world would have lived extra long lives.
"Artifical" medicine is a fairly recent thing. It's only been around for about 200 years and that was also where people started to become healtheir and live longer.
If natural cures were better, people beforehand would have been the healthier living longer ones.

in some cases,because the ones you take meds for can be lethal and have too many side affects.i would buy a natural cures book at the book store and ckitout.
