When I was pregnant, I got dizzy a lot. Especially in the first trimester, but throughout the pregnancy. It was worst in the shower, which I think makes it an oxygen thing, at least for me. I know it's normal, but take care and sit down whenever you feel dizzy, because even if the dizziness in no way hurts the baby, you suddenly passing out and falling would.

I got dizzy through all my pregnancies. (4) It's the changes in blood pressure most probably, but get a checkup if you're feeling unwell with the dizziness..
Take care,

Yes, you can get dizzy a lot during pregnancy especially when you get up too quickly or sometimes when you lie down on your back.

19 weeks and yes. It's cause by many differnet things, laying on your back, not enough iron, too high blood suger, getting up too fast. It's a normal body change but you need to let your OB know. and if there is fainting go to the ER
