I do not think so, because -in my opinion- virginity is not all about a hymen, it is not a physiologic matter. It is all in your mind. You may have anal or oral sexual intercourse, but you still may be virgin. To me, this is not virginity. On the other hand, the masturbation is the feeding of the body, if a girl masturbates, it does not mean that she absolutely lost her virginity. Everybody needs masturbation because nobody can know your feelings and delectations (G spot:) better than you. TO sum up, there is no relationship between virginity and masturbation as the former is abstract but the latter is concrete.

Masturbation will not take away your virginity. A virgin, by definition, is someone who has not had sexual intercourse. Masturbation is not sexual intercourse. If you insert your fingers or other objects into your vagina, you may disrupt your hymen (the membrane that stretches across the opening and is typically broken during first-time sex), but if you have not had sex, then you are still a virgin. There are many ways a woman can break her hymen accidentally without having sex, and none of them take away her virginity.
In this day and age, with all the sexually transmitted diseases (including HIV) going around

Masturbation and virginity are two different things.
Most people masturbate at sometime in their lives. Most men about 98% masturbate about 78% of women. It is the way in which we learn about our bodies and what turns us on.
Virginity is many different things in many different cultures. In some you are a virgin only if you haven't produced a child. In yet others you are a virgin if you haven't had sex. There are many other norms in between.

Nope, not at all, the only males who don't masturbate from puberty onward have some form of mental challenge -- and are very few in number. The number of males who are virgins for some time after puberty is, however, very high.
Number of non-masturbatory post pubescent -- very few
Number of virginal post pubescent -- quite a few
The two don't relate.
Have fun and enjoy yourself,

I dont think so. I havent been a virgin for 7 yrs and i still do it!! (too much info??) lol. Now i do think that those who are either young or saving themselves masturbate because they're human and get aroused and thats the only release.

I don't think so. One typically masturbates before and after losing one's virginity.

Not at all.
And in answer to your earlier question, not all religions try to inhibit masturbation, mostly just the Judeo-Christian branch, mostly because Moses was trying to increase the numbers of Hebrew tribesmen and didn't want any ejaculation to go to waste.

I consider it two different things. You can masturbate until the cows come home but until you have sex with another person you are a virgin! (In my opinion)

yeah i guess in a way it is.. i mean they both have to do with your sexuality..except masterbating is to yourself and virginity only happens once and its during sex.
