What do you mean by "black magic"?
Magic has no color. Magic is neutral, the magic is put to task by the person performing the magic and that is intent. That determines what some folks refer to as "good or bad". But magic has no color. Like a gun, it is not the weapon, it is the user.
Many of us see the world, not as "good or evil" but as "order and chaos". If your reference is to why is magic sometimes used for chaos, the answer is - to keep a balance.
We would not know happiness if we did not experience sadness. You know how that goes. Sometimes order is not good for growth, be it personal or otherwise. You need to "mix it up" a bit, create a little "chaos". Then bring it back to "order" again.

Magic can be powerful or not. What some call black magic is when they have the power to do harm to others. The reason it it bad is because it took witches a very long time to not be feared and killed on sight. We had to give up some of our power for the ability to live in society. We gave up "black" magic. May I ask would you let someone live if you knew with a look she could kill you? We don't do it now and many forgot how.

This is NOT a video game, my friend. Black magic is only "bad" if that's the way you see it. To all those who think believers in themselves "are have brain damage" please understand that at least we can prove we ourselves exist, & are therefore worthy of belief! Also, if you want to sound smart, you might try learning proper sentence structure & grammar.
The only reason "black magic" is so bad is because others told you that it is... it's all in how you use it.

Black magic is bad because it emulates evil by use of negative energy. Black magic is used to hurt or burden only. What you really need to look at is the consequence. Three fold my friend, three fold. The law of three is what you may experience personally, but metaphysically speaking, tapping into negative energy can cause evil spirits (ghosts, demons, apparitions etc) to be released and act freely among the physical world.

Black Magic isn't bad it is just the way you use it. Plus the only reason why they it is bad because the people in Europe Belived the church when they said that worshipers of the devil use it to do harm or even kill people who beleived in god.

Everything in life has consequences, including magic. Since magic spells are done with intent, anything harmful will eventually bounce back on you according to karmatic law.
Some ceremonial magic is especially like playing with fire. If you lose control of anything you summoned to this demension, it could wreak havoc on your life. Not to mention these beings you ask to come here do not do so without asking something of you.

blak magick isnt bad, in fact magic in its self isnt bad nor good. the user, the person that molds and fabrics the magics being determines what the use is for. black magic was created for protection, destruction, and to cause fear in the enimies that came about. different types of uses, elemantal, white, green, etc. are just mortal names for it all, to sort of classify them into different uses. the truth being is that all magic is the same, and when used for its use, its good. when it goes arry and against the user, its evil.

Because "black" magic is supposed to be likes "curses" and voodoo dolls and things like that. But it's all comes down to belief.
