First and foremost you need to "Research" and learn considerable more then you will understand the more important aspects it will take to succeed in this filed.Creating software that people will buy is actually much easier than what it takes to market, sell, and profit of your product. In reality you can "steal" by taking others peoples grand ideas and making them a success.
Q.How to start a software company.
A. Starting a software company is just like any other business. Which means you need to have a Business plan, Marketing Strategy, Financing, etc..etc..
Q. With which software can I create a Software.
A. Its possible but highly unlikely a person is both a masterful software designer and a savvy business man. You should pick one. I suggest the savvy business man becuz u can profit off many software creators.
Q. How to sell created software.
A. If you plan to be a:
Business man-U must master all of the aspects and much more previously stated. You must be a mover and shaker and learn to make people do the work for you.
Software Designer-You need to sell/give your product to a savvy business man or powerful company so that can make it both a reality and success.

in any business, open only a business that you know well.
if you want to open a software business, learn computer programming and computer science
The after having a good understanding, then it is up to you to open that business
The other way, hire somebody who know software, you supply the money, he.she supply the knowledge

You will go bankrupt even before you start writing your first line of code. Just open a computer shop and appoint 2 diploma holders with good experience. You will be thankful for my advice.

you only need a Service Tax registration from your local sales tax office - it costs Rs.2500 for registration and later, you can get a software export licence and avail of Income tax discounts
