Ok check this out. All these answers are off. I am from NYC and he is form here too. He is the whole Washington Heights/Harlem, Manhattan boy who is straight up dominican blood, which would make him latin or at least partially.
Addin some more info. Maybe you all say name is fake that is why he is not latino. Wow so smart.....link below. He is black and dominican. He wouldnt name himself in a totally hispanic first and last name if he was full black....i mean that just would of been pathetic and people would of make fun of him!!

the two are not mutually exculsive. It is possible that he can be both black and latino.
Plus, I doubt that is his real name.
