For example, many child actors participate in film roles where they are asked to simulate masterbation, sex, being raped, ect. The nature of shooting a film requires the actors to repeat the scene with sometimes, many takes. The child actor is than exposed to obsene language and behavior that he/she may be
psychologically effected by. Should laws be passed regarding this
seemingly abuse?

Well, there are laws, actually. The trick is getting them enforced. But most of them are heavily dependent on the parent being there to protect the child from inappropriate demands. Inappropriate language would presumably come under the "I can explain it to the child" variety. Face it, kids learn some pretty awful language very young as it is. I very much doubt he's going to learn anything new.

Inappropriate actions and inappropriate sights are largely the responsibility of the mother. If you are concerned about a specific incident, I would contact the local Child Protective Services for details on where they draw the line.
