He could very well be a "Dark Latino" I've seen some pretty dark Latin people, in which I myself wasn't sure, if they were black, or mexican.... My neighbor is one of them, he's a very dark latino man! He could be from South America, where there are some Portorecan, people in which they are mixed...... Supposedly, both. Black & Mexican, or (South American) I mean. I know I mispelled Portorecan, I am not sure of the spelling at all, please forgive me, all who are this race, out there...... Smile!!!

Girl there are plenty of Black latinos, he's obvious Black. Latino isn't a race, they can be Black, White, Indian, Asian etc...
