I don't have any empirical evidence of this and I am white. But based on TV it seems so. I am beginning to think that it is like cocaine versus crack. Crack is weaker but people get more time for crack because it is usually a minority drug. Just thinking out loud.

Not necessarily true as it depends on past record, the severity or type of offense, and courts vary across the country on punishment. Many offenders get life in prison, some a few months to a few years, and some probation.

If you look at the crime demographically, you are quite mistaken. However, based on TV crime shows the criminal is always some genius level misunderstood white man. That is TV my friend. Just ask any prosecutor the last time he has had to put one of those away.

I have no idea of your point. Lady Justice is blind, {LOL}. Sex offenders are given what the law seems fit. Do I agree with that? NO I DO NOT!!! We need to change the laws and penalties. If it was up to me ALL sex offenders would swiftly be put to death. There is no room in our world for such scum. We need to come together and change the laws.

No, sex offence don't stop at eh colour line, its just that the white guys are more often reported because other people tend to not trust the cops.
