Uh Noooooooo its not. He has no business checking your breast for a Sore Throat or a hurt ankle. Is his nurse present when he does this? Not sure why hes doing that, I think I would have to ask him and if the answer was not a good sound answer, I would change doctors..

Get a camera phone, catch him next time, and post it here so we can tell if it's normal or not. Or you could e-mail it to him to see if he'd be interested in purchasing it from you....
