I'm not sure I want to know how that happened, but since the spines have little barbs on the end it'll be difficult to remove on your own. You're doctor should be able to give you a local anesthetic and remove them for you with minimal pain.

You can have someone help pull them out or the best option is to go the doctor or the ER and have the doctor remove them for you.

cut them in half then pull them out. disinfect after. I don't believe this is a ligit question.
